Return Window

We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging intact.

Eligibility for Returns

Products are eligible for return if they are:

  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Not damaged due to customer misuse
  • Returned within 7 days of purchase
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased during flash sales or clearance (as noted)
  • Items showing signs of use or wash
  • Items damaged due to mishandling
  • Custom or personalized orders

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at +234 701 146 9597 or via WhatsApp with your order number
  2. Provide reason for return and product photos
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back in original packaging (shipping cost covered by customer)
  5. We inspect the return and process refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

Damaged Items on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging damage
  • Your order number

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
